Pop up play events is a family run business providing soft play, bouncy castles & luxe picnics to families in and around the Warwickshire area. We offer free delivery within 20 miles of Stratford upon Avon, but are happy to travel outside of this area for a small fee!
We aim to provide our customers a unique, hassle free experience so you can enjoy your special day.
Creating your perfect vision, we will deliver, set up and transform your space. Once the event has finished we will return and pack it all away again, leaving you stress free!
What we offer…
Soft play from £60
Our soft play comes in three beautiful colours (Beige & White OR Grey & White OR Mixed Pastel) and will keep your little ones entertained whatever the occasion. We have 4 different packages to suit every budget, party size and space and will work with you to choose the perfect one for you! We even have the option for you to mix and match the items to create your very own package!
Want to add a personal touch? We offer personalisation to any of our soft play items as an add on.
We offer a minimum of 4 hours hire or you can choose to hire all day (from 10am til 6pm).
Luxe picnics from £50
Not just for children but for adults too!!
We can create anything from an afternoon tea set up to a magical fairy garden, let us know your party theme and any ideas you have and leave the rest to us!
Each set up comes with everything you need: low level tables, floor cushions, plates, cups & cutlery. Looking to design your own luxe picnic? We can also provide empty picnic tables & floor cushions so you can decorate the table yourself!
Bouncy Castles from £80
As well as soft play and picnic tables we also provide ALL WHITE bouncy castles for children!
They’re the perfect addition to any soft play package and are a great look for weddings too!

Childrens castle - 15x11FT (indoor & outdoor use)
Childrens castle - 15x12FT (indoor & outdoor use)
We do not hire our castles out over night.
All of our castles are manufactured in the UK and made of the highest standard. They are safety checked, tagged and certified each year under the P.I.P.A scheme. We are also fully insured and covered by our £2M public liability insurance policy.
