What we do
Tip Top Teepees specialises in luxury themed sleepovers and bell tent hire for birthdays, special occasions and cosy family events. Every party is an event in itself — we arrive early to dress your space in the chosen theme, set up fairy lights, lanterns, tray tables and individually controlled mood lighting for each teepee, then slip away before guests arrive so you get to enjoy the celebration.
Choose from two flexible options:
• Premium Package — Full set-up and styling by our team. We take care of everything and include personalised keepsakes for each child (spa slippers, themed headband, sleep mask, festival face gems — items vary by theme and availability).
• Bespoke Add-Ons — Upgrade to personalised pyjamas or add two additional personalised items per guest for a truly bespoke experience.
• DIY Package — Prefer to set up yourself? We’ll deliver everything you need to the doorstep with clear setup instructions. Matching themed keepsakes are available as add-ons. You can also add extra nights for just £12.50 per teepee.
What’s included (standard)
Our teepees are made from high-quality canvas and are CE approved. Every teepee comes complete with:
• Cosy padded floor rug and mattress
• Freshly laundered bedding, cushions and soft blanket (smell-and-spot checked for every hire)
• Fairy lights, lanterns and individually controllable mood lighting
• Tray table and soft, child-friendly décor items
We are currently running a special: 2 nights hire for the price of 1 on our Premium & Bespoke packages (terms apply).
Delivery & pricing
We’re based in Ware, Hertfordshire, and offer free delivery and set-up within a 10-mile radius. For addresses outside that area we apply a delivery surcharge of £0.56 per mile. Send us your postcode and we’ll calculate the exact delivery fee for you.
