You may have seen on our social media channels that we have been asking for help putting together festive hampers for the children’s wards of hospitals.
We were made aware of the impact Covid has had on hospital fund raising, which in turn meant that many children’s wards may not be to provide the usual Christmas cheer for their patients.
Kids Party Finder wanted to help. We have hundreds of brilliant suppliers listed on the site and an ever increasing social media reach. So we have used these to help put together a plan.
Through cash donations and items for the hampers, we have raised over £1,000 so far! This is great, but we want to do more in the run up to Christmas. Here is how you can help:
- If you’ve not done so already, donate or share our Just Giving page
- If you’ve not done so already, share our Amazon Wish List of items for the hampers or make a purchase
- Help to deliver the hampers. So far the areas we have covered are Hertfordshire, Essex, Sussex, Bristol and Preston / Blackpool. Do you have time during December to help in an area not listed?
2020 has been a tough year for many reasons. But we want to do something to try and end it on a positive note. We would love to reach more hosptials, more areas. So anything you can to help we would be very grateful.
